Remembering the fallen on VJ Day

On 15 August 2010 Last a service was held at the Cenotaph in London to mark the 65th anniversary of Victory over Japan Day – the end of World War II.

To commemorate this occasion, Flowerworks produced yet another stunning floral tribute on behalf of the Burma Star Association. The wreath was laid by Viscount Slim, who regarded it as one of the most spectacular he had seen over the past 30 years.

Perfect wedding flowers

The service and flowers I received from Jules at Flowerworks on my wedding day were perfect. Her smiling responses to all my requests was “yes, we can do that for you”. She was prepared to travel a long way to my parents home to deliver the bouquets and button holes and then go onto the bridesmaids and the church, all right on time. The flowers themselves were beautiful and exactly what we has discussed and their presentation in lovely boxes and bags was impressive and thoughtful.

Her shop is a delight too – an Aladdin’s cave of usual and perfect blooms grasses, vases, ribbons and beads – I challenge anyone to leave empty handed. And all sensibly priced, a real treat and a wonderful fine

Dear All

Thank you very, very much for the beautiful flowers, which you produced for our wedding on 14th June at the Bull Hotel.

Everyone commented on how lovely they were and I shall be reminded of my wedding day by the smell of roses and freesias from now on! We had a fantastic day and thank you for producing such wonderful bouquets and table decorations, which added so much to the day.

Artistic floral arrangements

I wanted to take a few moments to thank you for providing such artistic floral arrangements for the Computocenter Golf Day, held at the Buckinghamshire on Thursday 11 October 2001

It can be difficult to interpret colours and requirements from just a telephone call but the results were very pleasing to both the client and myself.
